Hello My name is Jovan Stephens I'm 42 years old I have 3 adult children and one granddaughter I have been CNA for 25 or more years I first received my certification in high school back in 2001 but I didn't renew my certification so I started back over in 2005 since then I have had the pleasure of working in the Hospital settings but Mostly Longterm and Assisted Living Facility when Covid came I started doing Agency work or Independent Contract or Private paying Client. When I was a little girl I saw My grandmother take care of my what was supposed to be dieing grandfathers according to Doctors but My grandmother took my grandfather home and he live for at least 6 more years under her Care so I know then that I wanted to be like my grandmother a caregiver... If your heart is not into caring don't get into caring!!!!
