Booking and Cancellation Policies


4.1 Booking All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is approved.

4.2 Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee.

4.3 ReschedulingYou may reschedule your appointment subject to availability.


5. Service Limitations

While Connect-4Care strives to match your caregiving needs, availability of caregivers with specific skills or language preferences cannot be guaranteed.


6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 PaymentsAll payments for services must be made through approved payment methods on our platform.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.


8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 No Warranty Connect-4Care provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.2 Limitation of Liability By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that Connect-4Care ("the Company") operates solely as an online portal connecting in-home 'careseekers' with independent contractor 'caregivers' and does not employ, supervise, or control the caregivers listed on the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect-4Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that [Your Company Name] ("the Company") operates solely as an online portal connecting 'careseekers 'with independent contractor caregivers and does not employ, supervise, or control the caregivers listed on the website. While the Company conducts background checks on caregivers, it does not guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or conduct of any caregiver and shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the services provided by caregivers, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, negligence, misconduct, or any other harm incurred by either party. Careseekers and caregivers assume all risks associated with their interactions and engagements, and the Company expressly disclaims any liability for any acts, omissions, or breaches by caregivers or careseekers. The Company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By using this service, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or your engagement with a caregiver.


YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF YOUR COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTIONS WITH INDEPENDENT CARE PROVIDERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CONNEC-4CARE DOES NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF CARE PROVIDERS EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, BUT HAVE NO OBLIGATION, TO MONITOR, OR TAKE ANY APPROPRIATE ACTION REGARDING, DISPUTES THAT YOU MAY HAVE WITH CARE PROVIDERS.


WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE OR OUR LICENSORS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACTS OF NATURE, FORCES, OR CAUSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INTERNET FAILURES, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FAILURES, TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FAILURES, OTHER EQUIPMENT FAILURES, ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURES, STRIKES, LABOR DISPUTES, RIOTS, INSURRECTIONS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, SHORTAGES OF LABOR OR MATERIALS, FIRES, FLOODS, STORMS, EXPLOSIONS, ACTS OF GOD, WAR, GOVERNMENTAL ACTIONS, ORDERS OF DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN COURTS OR TRIBUNALS, OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THIRD PARTIES.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Connect-4Care our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, co-branders and other partners, employees, consultants and agents, from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from (a) any of Your Content and/or information that You submit, post or transmit through the Site or Services, (b) Your use of the Site or Services, (c) Your violation of these Terms of Use, (d) Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity or (e) any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines input by You into the Site or Services.
