4.1 BookingAll bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is approved.

4.2 Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee.

4.3 ReschedulingYou may reschedule your appointment subject to availability.


5. Service Limitations

While Connect4Care strives to match your caregiving needs, availability of caregivers with specific skills or language preferences cannot be guaranteed.


6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 PaymentsAll payments for services must be made through approved payment methods on our platform.
